Account closure - moving on...

...actually, no, I will NOT move on. HSBC closed my account, against my wishes, and had the temerity to write me a letter with the line "Following your instruction to close the above HSBC account."

Well, this has really got my goat, so now the Spicey one is going to get them. I have unearthed a flaw in the terms and conditions of the account, and it is one that will allow me to reverse the account closure. For now I am keeping this under my hat, but to be honest HSBC don't have a leg to stand on...

Account Closure

Well, after a hectic week, HSBC has finally closed my account due to my continual reclaiming of unlawful bank charges. This was meant to have happened on Monday, but after four telephone calls on four consecutive days, the account finally became unavailable yesterday.

Okay, the reason for this post is to do trackbacks, whatever they are...let me have a look round...right, found the "backlinks" setting - what next...
